Frontend Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the team of Frontend developers of the MetDesk B2B products and services.
They will report to the IT Director and work on cutting edge technologies as part of the rapidly growing IT team. A proactive
“hands on” approach, a desire to innovate and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business is needed.


  • Managing all aspects of the frontend development team
  • Providing experienced support to the frontend development team
  • Proactively improve the technology stack used within the frontend products
  • Assist the IT Director with frontend strategical decision making

Experience and skills required

Essential skills

  • Management experience of a development team
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience
  • JavaScript ES6
  • Node JS
  • Functional Reactive Programming
  • Docker

Desirable skills criteria

  • PHP
  • React JS
  • MongoDB
  • GitHub
  • JIRA

Package & Location

  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • Company profit share scheme
